Return or Exchange

All items can be returned or exchanged with the below circutamces :-
a) Wrong items had been received.
b) Damages or defects to the items.
For any reason should you wish to return your item(s), you have 7 days upon receiving the item(s) to return your order.

Products can be only exchanged if there is a manufacturing defect. Please check your products before delivery to make sure everything in place.

Refund

For refunds via Online Banking or Credit Cards, it will take 5-14 working days for your refund to be reflected into your bank / credit card account from the day your refund was initiated.

Returns

If you happen to receive a damaged or defective Product, or a Product that does not comply with the specifications as per your original order, you can return it on the spot, at the time of delivery.

Or 

You can return an item if there is any manufacturing defect within 7 days of delivery.  You can receive a full refund or partial refund in the form of store credit or online banking. If necessary, we’ll pick up the item at a scheduled time.

Note – Before buying any product from Daidai Pylon, Please make sure you have done the proper research on it. We don’t accept returns for change of mind.

Requirements of Returns

  1. You have the proof of purchase (order invoice number and receipt).
  2. The goods must be in new condition and returned in the original selling condition.

Under what condition is / are the products are non-returnable:

  1. Items that have been purchased for more than 7 days.
  2. Damage or defected item which caused by vandalism or disruptive behavior.
  3. The item was purchased for someone else who simply does not want it.
  4. The item has no defects. You've changed you're mind because of wrong selection, colour, size, model or specification, product not meeting expectation; or simply found it cheaper elsewhere. 

Minor scratches and dents are considered touch-up issues. In such rare cases, the merchandise will be touched up or repaired. In such cases, we do need you to take the photo and email us for our inspection approval of return within (2) days upon receiving your product.


DaiDai Pylon PLT  reserves the right to deny a return or exchange if the item(s) does not meet the return policy requirement above


If your return meets all the requirements above and you wish to proceed with the return, please have your order invoice number ready and simply visit to our warehouse or contact us.

Our team will verify the return reason and might arrange a return pick-up for you. Small postage fees may be chargeable (if applicable). Third Parties courier company will pick up the package. We will conduct an evaluation within seven (7) days starting from the day we received your returned items. You will receive an email confirmation once the returned item is received from our end.

If your return is valid, we will process your refund or replacement, based on what you have indicated to our Customer First Team. If it's valid, we will reimburse you with a refund through the same mode of payment that was made in the original purchase.

If your return is not valid, we will notify you and arrange the items to be returned. For the items to be returned, a delivery fee will be chargeable. We reserve the right to reject any return, exchange, refund deemed unfit or unreasonable.
