DELIVERY POLICY

Postage fee

West Malaysia will be RM6 (First 2kg), every additional 1kg will extra charge RM1.

East Malaysia will be RM15 (First 2kg), every additional 0.25kg will extra charge RM1.5.

Our store conduct 99% Ready Stock.

All READY STOCK items ordered will be mailed out within 1-2 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) upon verification of payment.

For BACKORDER items may take up to 2-4 weeks arrival upon verification of payment.

If your order consists of both ready stock and backorder items, whole order will be shipped upon backorder item/s arrivals. If you wish your ready stock item/s to be shipped out first, kindly contact us at mannerpylon168b@gmail.com for further arrangement.

There are chances that the BACKORDER item ordered is discontinued by our supplier after the order is placed, and full refund will be done if this is the case.

You should be able to receive your parcel within 1-3 working days for local orders after verification of payment. (It may takes longer time during the festive month).

We will not be responsible for delay cause by couriers cause it is out of our control.

We are ready to accept order from Singapore.

Shipping fee to Singapore is Flat Rate RM35.
